SPAN, la Alianza para la Prevención del Suicidio del Norte de Virginia, es una coalición regional de las Juntas de Servicios Comunitarios (CSB) de la ciudad de Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax-Falls Church, Loudoun y Prince William y socios comunitarios que trabajan juntos para crear conciencia y compartir recursos para prevenir el suicidio.

May 2023 - On average, more than 1,100 Virginians die by suicide each year. To prevent suicide or self-harm, informed suicide prevention program planning is needed. To this end, the Virginia Suicide Prevention Interagency Advisory Group (SPIAG) has prepared "SPAN SUICIDE PREVENTION ACROSS THE LIFESPAN: A 2023 PLAN FOR THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA"
